Shipping Policy

Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

Address Requirements
Saddleback Construction Specialties uses UPS as our preferred method of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore you must provide a physical address for all packages! Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Saddleback Construction Specialties reserves the right to pass this $18 re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirected, you will be charged for that added service.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary by item. You will be given the cost of shipping during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.

Other Shipping Information
Saddleback Construction Specialties is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it my take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Saddleback Construction Specialties.
